pre-lantern parade events
Many children and adults miss out on the lantern parade due to accident & illness, so we take the magic of the parade to them. A special Lantern Parade is held at the Lismore Base Hospital and is a highlight for those who need care and for those providing it.
Our Kids' Hospital Lantern Parade
4 November, 6pm
Lismore Base Hospital
Handmade silhouettes will grace the windows of the Lismore Library telling beautiful community stories about individual experiences associated with this year's theme about the BEE.
2-21 November, 5pm-9pm
Children and students from pre-school, primary and secondary schools create beeautiful bee inspired lanterns for the parade. If you would like to register to participate in this wonderful experience head on over to our 'bee involved' page on this website.
