About the event
About
The Gala Concert this year features not only the talent of the Morrambilla Voices’ ensemble MaxedOUT, but over a hundred young people from Lismore's home town, who have learned bespoke works by three emerging Australian composers and our very own Tilly Jones. They will also be supported by Freya Cotterill, the Northern Rivers Youth Jazz Orchestra, and the Nini Nahri-Gali Dance Troupe. The Lismore Lantern Parade event partner 'The Northern Rivers Conservatorium' has also sponsored this concert and will be hosting the MaxOUT Ensemble on the Heartbeats stage on Saturday afternoon at the Lantern Parade on June 22, 2019. The program includes a unique audience interactive piece featuring ‘smart-phones’, yes, please bring along your smart phone :)
