Wearable Arts Workshops + Lantern Decorating
June 6 @ Lismore Regional Gallery | 10.00am – 2.00pm
LightnUp will provide lots of fun ‘trash and treasures’, and fairy lights to complete your wearable artwork and decorate lanterns for the parade. There will be lots of hot glue and stuff!! The theme for the Wearable Art Awards and Gala is: Jurassic World; The Elements, Trash and Treasure and Myths and Legends. You are invited (not compulsory) to don your finished garment and hop up onto the catwalk at the Heart Light Wearable Art Awards Gala at the Star Court Theatre on 18 June, and go into the draw to win $500. And of course, we would love you to join the Lismore Lantern Parade on Saturday, 20 June. Suitable for adults or young people over 16 years, this workshop is sure to be a lot of fun!
Tickets are $15 per person and are essential.
